Reporting Damaged Goods
Please inspect your package immediately for signs of damage. If a box arrives with physical indications that damage may have occurred in transit, open the box and inspect the contents prior to signing for it. It is imperative that you contact the freight company and file a DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM with them as soon as possible . File a claim with them. Next please call us toll free at 888-807-1900, give us the claim number, and we'll issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. so that we may look forward to receiving the shipment and most importantly, prepare arrangements for a replacement.

We do not reimburse any shipping what-so-ever for damaged goods. The claim form that you file with the freight company is your "free shipping." Do not return damaged goods without following the instructions above.

Custom Orders
Filmtools will provide custom order services for many items that we don't normally stock. Please note that if canceled, the customer is still liable for our shipping costs that we incur from our vendors; That means that the customer pays for the shipping from the vendor to us and the return freight back to them. Many of our vendors charge us a restocking fee too (which we pass on to you), so make sure that you really want your custom ordered item. All Custom Orders are applicable to these fees.

How to Cancel an Order
You may cancel any item from an order that has not yet entered the shipping process, by contacting Filmtools at 888-807-1900 or 818-845-8066.

Gift Certificates can be canceled by calling us at 888-807-1900 or 818-845-8066, or email us via this form and let us know how you would like to change your order.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item accompanied RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please review our return policy.
